ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND ARE SUBJECT TO INDUSTRY STANDARD YARDAGE DEVIATIONS DESCRIBED BELOW. 

That said, your satisfaction is our priority. 

Please inspect your product(s) promptly upon receipt.  If you feel your order contains printing errors or damaged or defective product(s), you must obtain a Return Authorization Number from us within seven (7) calendar days of receipt of your order, and return the damaged or defective product(s) to FABFAD for inspection in its original packaging within seven (7) calendar days of obtaining your Return Authorization Number.  Please make sure to reference the Return Authorization Number (“RA#____”) on both the packing slip and the exterior shipping label.

When you request a Return Authorization Number, please indicate if you want to (1) exchange/reorder a replacement of the same item(s), or (2) credit your account for future use toward new orders. In the event that you are unable to obtain a Return Authorization Number over the phone, you must send an email to the address below detailing the condition of the alleged damage or defective product and requesting a Return Authorization Number.

FABFAD will provide for return shipping in cases where FABFAD determines your order is damaged or defective.  In all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Upon receipt of your return, FABFAD will evaluate the condition of your returned product(s) and if determined to be damaged or defective, FABFAD will provide you with a replacement product or credit to your account, as selected by you when you obtained the Return Authorization Number.

NOTE: THE INDUSTRY STANDARD FOR VARIATION OR DEVIATION IN FABRIC YARDAGE ORDERED AND RECEIVED IS BETWEEN FIVE PERCENT (5%) AND TEN PERCENT (10%).  THUS, ANY VARIATION BETWEEN FABRIC YARDAGE ORDERED AND FABRIC YARDAGE RECEIVED WITHIN TEN PERCENT (10%) WILL NOT BE DEEMED DEFECTIVE.
